工 艺
针刺非织造布包括针棉、毛里布、PK布、针刺过滤材料等，以上材料选用鑫华自产针刺
非织造布专用优质的短纤，特殊工艺处理，制得一定密度的针刺基布，按照不同的用途，
在进行后整理，即获得不同规格和手感风格的针刺产品。

用 途
① 可控制蓬松度和硬挺度，满足制鞋、服装、过滤等行业的保暖和隔离用途需求。
② 针刺浸胶无纺布（即毛里布类）产品，硬挺度、耐磨性好，用于制鞋、箱包、建筑装饰、
    土工等领域
③ PK布特别引进台湾高强化纤，所得产品具有优异的弹性、耐磨性，用于制鞋业。
④ 针刺过滤材料厚度在1.2～3.5mm范围内，可进行加筋及复膜，低阻力、高效率、
   易清灰、使用寿命长，满足各类工业除尘过滤要求，用于电厂、焚烧炉、垃圾处理场、水泥厂等粉尘处理装置。

Process
Needle-punching fabrics  including  pad, chemical  bonding  fabrics, PK fabrics, filtration media and
so  on.  All  these  fabrics   adopt   Nonwoven  special  use   high  quality  staple  fibers  from  Costin
Chemical fiber factory. After special produce & finishing process, to gain particular products.

Usages
① Can be manufactured into different fluffy and  hardness in order  to meet  the need of
     shoes-making, costume, filtration, isolation etc.
② Needle-punching + adhesive finishing nonwoven are excellence in hardness, abrasive
     etc. Commonly use in shoes-making, trunk, building, geotextile area.
③ PK fabrics is made from high strength fiber in order to make the product elastic, abr-
     asion, commomly used in shoes making.
④ Needle-punching filter material thickness from 1.2~3.5mm, can  be l aminated, stren-
     gthen, with  low  resistance, high-effect, easy-clean, macrobiotic  ability, to  meet  the used of industrial filtration, electric factory, boiler, powder dealing.
