工 艺
仿里皮产品是选用布面均匀、结构密实、表面平整的细旦针刺非织造布为基材，
经合成橡胶乳液中进行多道均匀浸轧，再经特殊工艺加工，获得带短绒或表面光
滑的仿里皮产品，该类产品还可以结合实际应用，进行防滑、抗菌等处理。

用 途
① 仿里皮以其良好的弹性、耐磨性、耐汗渍、尺寸稳定性和透气性，用于鞋内衬、后跟衬、钱包夹衬等。
② 良好的表面均匀性、力学性能、厚度稳定性，仿里皮可用于合成革基布材料。

Imitation Lining Leather

Process
Base on  the  fine  structure, high  density,  smooth  surface  fine  fiber  needle-punching
fabrics, imitation lining leather mainly adopt synthetic rubber latex as adhesive  and rei-
nforcement component, After special finishing processes, to make  short fuzz or smooth
surface products.  Imitation lining leather products also could add some functions, typic-
ally as anti-slip, anti-microbial and etc.
