工 艺
针刺非织造纤维板材、卷材的生产基于传统的针刺工艺，将一定针刺密度的基布或机织物针刺复合基布，经高固含量胶液浸渍，再经烘干定型，制得结构均匀、厚度稳定的可作结构材料或支撑材料的纤维板材、卷材。

Process
Needle-punching  Insole  fiber board / fabric  base  on  the   traditional  needle-punching  process,which use middle  density  needle-punching  web  or  needle-punching  weaving composite  to dip into  high solid  content latex  and dry  the webs. After finishing  thesesteps,  we could gain expected stiff and high performance fiber board, which could used as struct-ure or bracket materials.
