Our 5, 000-square-meter facilities are staffed by 200 personnels. This includes 2 senior engineers, 30 engineers and over 120 technicians. Our R& D technicians use the CAXA CAD / CAM software to create designs that match our clients' specifications. They also use rapid-prototyping (SLA) machines to create accurate 3-D models.

Non-Standard Equipment & Fixture:

- We are the core ODM vendors for Shenzhen Mason Electronics Co., Ltd - one of the major suppliers of PCB test equipments in the world. We develop cell automatic production machines - battery inner resistance & voltage sorter and high-precision instrument used for battery cell matching, which features a high level of automation. Such product has substantially facilitated the full automation of battery cell’s production process and reached a new record in the automation level. We also make bench for Han's Laser and fixture for Epson.

CNC Machined Part:

We use 13 CNC machines, three 160-ton punches and 35 grinding machines, outfitted with CMM from USA Hexagon. For consistent quality, our processes are ISO 9001: 2000 and QS-9000 certified.

Sheet Metal Processing: Focusing on precise, diversified and computerized sheet metal manufacturing. We introduce a series of world-class excellent cutting- edge sheet metal processing equipment from Japan and continuously update sheet metal new technology.
