搭配无风扇式 VIA Eden? ESP 处理器的 VIA EPIA MII，具有超级低功率、静音或无声的设计；若是搭配 VIA C3? 处理器，则可进行丰富的媒体密集应用。内建 VIA CLE266 芯片组整合 VIA UniChrome? 2D/3D 绘图功能与 MPEG-2 加速器的动作补偿功能，同时支持 DDR266 SDRAM 庞大内存频宽与 ATA/133 高速数据传输，大幅增进多媒体效能。
